The concert platform has transpired into the highly sought-after Classic FM Soirees hosted monthly in luscious surrounds. Each line-up features artists performing different classical genres from concertos to opera, throughout the eras from medieval times to the modern day, including cross-over classical music. Experience our best local talent up close in an intimate setting for an evening of beautiful music coupled with a three-course gastronomic experience and fine wine. Classic FM Soiree on Sunday 4 May at Summer Place

The next Classic FM Soiree will feature the “Trio with a Twist” - winner of 2013 Fiesta Award for Best Classical Music Production of 2012 at South African Arts Festivals countrywide. The trio is made up of musician, composer and producer extraordinaire, the legendary Janine Neethling and her friends of twenty years: sisters Bridget Rennie Salonen and Lizzie Rennie. Their programme includes stunning original classical works written for flute, viola and piano. Their uniqueness is shown with their surprising arrangements of well-known South African melodies: Mannetjies Roux is interpreted as Bach; Mozart combines forces with South African rugby songs; and even Astor Piazzola is given a fresh twist. The trio may be described as "classic, stylish and passionate". Tickets are available through Computicket, starting from R350.00 and include a three-course meal, with local wine.
