Carrie chatted to Gary Jordan from Jordan Wine Estate for an update on their harvest (along with a sound clip!). Fiona McDonald, international judge and wine writer, reported on her findings as chair of the panel that tasted Rosé wines for Classic Wine. This week marked the 2014 Fairtrade Week. Petrus Bosman from Bosman Family Vineyards talked about their interest in this initiative. Lastly, Josephine Gutentoft from Restaurant Makaron at Majeka House is leaving home for a new adventure in the US - Carrie catches up with Josephine for all the juicy details.
