Anchor Carrie Adams interviewed Chantel Dartnall, Head Chef at the restaurant Mosaic at the Orient on the 2013 Diners Club Winelist Awards where the restaurant Mosaic at the Orient in Gauteng was awarded the overall best diamond award. Carrie also interviewed Hein Hesebeck, Winemaker and General Manager at Ruitersvlei Wines on their recent acquisition by an investment group, the improvement of the lives of their staff, the expansion of the farm, and their 2013 vintages.
