Carrie also interviewed Tertius Boshoff, Co-owner and Winemaker of Stellenrust Wine Estate and Debi van Flymen from Wine Cellar, Johannesburg on the Stellenrust Chenin Blanc 2012, the 2012 Stellenrust Rose - two of the official 2012 Olympic Wines.
